Hi ! My female Chalcides ocellatus ocellatus gave birth to three babies in September and I want to do something with them. I think it's a species that is not well-enough established in the hobby, and even though I have six WC animals, I don't think it's enough to produce more than two bloodlines...

Owing to lack of space I am offering a proven breeding pair of Z. persicus (CB 2011)
( 2022: 7 hatchlings out of 10 eggs; 2021: 8 hatchlings out of 8 eggs).
The male is melanistic, with a beautiful blueish shine; the female olive brown, hatchlings both black and brown/flecked.
The female accepts defrost mice and small rats, the male prefers live prey.
Generally they hibernate from half October till beginning of March between >5 -
