Hallo,
ich möchte mir eine Berg-Königsnatter (Lampropeltis pyromelana ) halten, bin aber noch Anfänger. Ein 120x60x60 cm Terrarium steht, muss aber mit Technik noch paar Testtage bestehen.
Ich lebe Nähe Lübeck. Eine Thermo Styropor-Box von ca. 25 cm2 für den Transport habe ich auch.
Auch wenn ich viel recherchiert und abgewogen habe, bin ich für Tipps, Hinweise, Beratungen, Warnungen ... ( für Transport, Eingewöhnung, Fütterung, Haltung ... ) immer dankbar.
Vielleicht hat ja auch jemand einen Tipp für einen Züchter in meiner Nähe ( Lübeck, Hamburg, ... ).
Bevorzugt Männchen ( weil kleiner ).
Für Fragen stehe ich natürlich gerne bereit.

We collect reservations for puppy foxes that will appear in spring 2024, we will have following varieties:

We are a legally operating fox breeders which was created with the love and passion we have for these beautiful animals. Pets are in constant contact with humans and nature. In addition, they are provided with walks and can go to a protected yard under supervision.

We care about the proper socialization of puppies with other animals (cats, dogs) and people from an early age, which allows for easier assimilation in the new home.

Foxes grow up with their father and mother, thanks to which they acquire immunity from her and learn basic behaviors. We feed them by hand when they begin to eat solid food, so that they bond with humans.

The health of the foxes is also very important to us - of course, dewormed, vaccinated and with a health booklet go to their new home. A properly balanced diet and ensuring exercise is the basis.

We want our arctic and common foxes to find their way to conscious, responsible homes. Please familiarize yourself with the specifics of the species, because they are not easy animals. They require a lot of dedication and work. If they are loved and their needs met, they will repay the same.

Please note that these are difficult animals and will only be ideal pets if you spend a lot of time and work on them. Foxes always walk their path, can argue, steal, and are very intelligent animals. Having an aviary, or at least the possibility of building it, is very beneficial, because it is a zone where the fox satisfies its needs and the caregiver can rest during this time.

Großes Forexterrarium (L: 95 x B: 50 x H: 97cm) abzugeben. Das Terrarium habe ich vor etwa 18 Monaten gebaut, seitdem ist es in beiden Abteilen mit jeweils einem Pärchen (1.1) Fächerfingergeckos (Ptyodactylus ragazzi) besetzt. Gerne würde ich das Terra zusammen mit den Bewohnern an einen interessierten Geckohalter abgeben. Es wäre auch möglich, nur die Tiere abzunehmen. Einen Verkauf des Terras ohne Bewohner werde ich nur bei einem entsprechenden Angebot in Betracht ziehen.
Das Terrarium ist in zwei gleiche Sektionen unterteilt, die Trennwand ist ebenfalls mit Kunstfelsen gestaltet und verfügt über einen Durchgang (ø60mm), der mit passenden Platten in Felsoptik magnetisch sicher verschlossen werden kann, sodass man das Terrarium auch wie zwei getrennte Becken nutzen kann. Alle Lüftungsflächen aus drosophiladichter Edelstahlgaze (Maschenweite: 0,5mm).
Die eingebauten Kunstfelsen wurden mit Epoxidharz versiegelt, man kann sie also bedenkenlos abwaschen/bürsten, sie sind 100% kratzfest. Einer der Felsen ist mit einem eingelegten Heizkabel (50W) separat temperierbar.
Die Beleuchtung besteht aus: 2x 18W-LED-Panel (Grundbeleuchtung), 2x 18W LED-Spot (Grundbeleuchtung), 2x 35W Bright Sun (Sonnenaufgang/UVB), 1x 35W-Elsteinstrahler und 1x 100W-Heizlampe (sowie zwei großen Ventilatoren) für die Temperatursteuerung. Ein Thermostat mit zwei Fühlern regelt die Temperatur vollautomatisch.
Die großen Felsplatten an den Rückwänden sind mit Magneten angebracht und können jederzeit einfach entnommen werden. Damit sie, wie alle übrigen Felsspalten im Terrarium, gut einsehbar sind, habe ich an der Oberkante der Rückwände jew. einen schmalen Spiegelstreifen angebracht. So kann man von vorne hinter die Platten an der Rückwand schauen, ohne die Tiere zu stören. Es gibt im ganzen Terrarium keinen Spalt, in dem sich die Tiere dem Zugriff durch den Pfleger ganz entziehen können, gleichzeitig bietet die reiche Felsstruktur viel Sicherheit für die Pfleglinge.
