2x Heatpanel ca. 50W
1x Heatpanel ca. 30W
1x T8 Leuchtmittel inkl. Vorschaltgerät
1x Berechnungsanlage Bausatz mit 3 Düsen (separat über Zeitschaltuhr betrieben)
1x ReptiZoo EZ Thermo-Hygrostat-Timer Controller
Die Temperatur & Tag-Nacht-Zyklus (inkl. Temperaturabsenkung) wird über den Controller geregelt, die Berechnung wird über eine separate Zeitschaltuhr gesteuert. Bitte beachten, dass die Heatpanels verklebt sind. Die Rückwand ist mit Xaxim-Platten verziert, potentiell können hier Moossamen eingebracht werden. Der Bodengrund enthält Bodenpolizei (rote Asseln). Der Baumphyton selber ist gesund und frisst bei zweiwöchigem Rhythmus unproblematisch Frostmäuse (30-35g, jew. 2 pro Fütterung). Herkunft, Genetik bzw. Typus sind mir unbekannt, die Färbung kann anhand der Bilder abgeschätzt werden (das Tier besitzt einen recht hohen Blauanteil). Von größeren Futtertieren wird abgeraten, da der Baumphyton ansonsten zu Verstopfung neigt. Bitte auch beachten, dass der Baumphyton in der Paarungszeit (typischerweise Wintermonate) eine Fresspause von mehreren Wochen einlegt. Das Tier wird nur zusammen mit Terrarium und Technik abgegeben, Deko und Bodengrund sind nach Absprache optional. Bei Rückfragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

Wir geben das erste Tier aus unserem 2023er Gelege ab, ein sehr schönes Männchen. Die Mutter ist ein Geschwistertier von Mosaic, der Vater ein Mite-phase Aru/Sorong aus der Zucht von Malcom Dicks.

Das Tier ist absolut unproblematisch und gut etabliert, frisst bei uns aktuell Frostmäuse.

Bilder der Eltern und einiger Geschwister anbei. Zuchtdokumentation und Stammbaum gibts auf Anfrage.

Abholung bei uns im Raum Hannover/Göttingen bevorzugt.

The animal is easy to handle and well established, feeding on frozen mice at the moment.

Dermestes maculatus (Speckkäfer) starting set

I offer Dermestes maculatus (Speckkäfer) starting colonies.
They are flesh eating Beatles used to clean up gently skeletons by taxidermists and museums. However, they can also be used as clean up crew in cricket boxes or in colonies of live bearing roaches (es. Blaptica dubia). I do not recommend to add them to Blatta lateralis colonies because the small larvae can infiltrate the oothecae.

I use them also as clean up crew in my Assassin bugs, they eat the beatles, both adults and larvae, as well so the Assassin bugs enclosure does not get overrun by the D. maculatus.

They can eat dry carnivorous pellets (I used dry cat food), but it is good to offer raw meat at least once per month.

They reproduce very quickly, especially if they get raw meat and they neither can climb smooth surfaces nor can fly at any of the life stages. Therefore, I keep mine in an open plastic container, relatively deep, with some cotton for them to lay eggs and find hide when they pupate.
