I offer Dermestes maculatus (Speckkäfer) starting colonies.
They are flesh eating Beatles used to clean up gently skeletons by taxidermists and museums. However, they can also be used as clean up crew in cricket boxes or in colonies of live bearing roaches (es. Blaptica dubia). I do not recommend to add them to Blatta lateralis colonies because the small larvae can infiltrate the oothecae.

I use them also as clean up crew in my Assassin bugs, they eat the beatles, both adults and larvae, as well so the Assassin bugs enclosure does not get overrun by the D. maculatus.

They can eat dry carnivorous pellets (I used dry cat food), but it is good to offer raw meat at least once per month.

They reproduce very quickly, especially if they get raw meat and they neither can climb smooth surfaces nor can fly at any of the life stages. Therefore, I keep mine in an open plastic container, relatively deep, with some cotton for them to lay eggs and find hide when they pupate.

Die kleinen sind futterfest (lebend und trocken Futter, natürlich auch grün)

Ein Teil der Tiere ist schon bestimmt eine genau Bestimmung mache ich nochmal in 2 Wochen. (schickt Mir bitte die Nummer des Bildes und ich schreib euch meine Vermutung)

Er kam gerade aus der Häutung, auf dem Rücken befindet sich noch etwas Resthaut, die sich aber auch in Kürze noch lösen wird.

Er hat als Jungtier einen Biss in der Schwanz bekommen, deshalb fehlen ihm ca. 2,5 cm Schwanzlänge. Dies ist nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler, behindert ihn nicht, ist alles schon verheilt und wir natürlich nicht weitervererbt.

Red Monster ist eine dunkle rote Zuchtlinie die in Hongkong ihren Ursprung hat. Sie sind sehr selten und im Moment eine der gefragtesten Farben bei Bartagamen.

Die Tiere sitzen jetzt seit knapp einem halben Jahr zusammen und harmonisieren sehr gut miteinander.
Das Weibchen ist von September 2022, das Männchen von Oktober 2023.

Beide fressen super Gecko Nutrition, Pangea und Bananen ebenso wie Insekten und manchmal Babymäuse.

Pure Bayonnaise - keine MIX-Tiere.

Der Mann ruft auch schon nach dem Weibchen.
