-Tylototriton broadoridgus.

I was let down and almost scammed by a website. I was set to purchase a female incilius alvarius from yesterday. I had begun organise all the importation documents I was in touch with the arc, apha ect to make sure everything goes smoothly and then I organised a reputable exotic animal courier who happens to be at the Hamm show in sept as a courier service. Everything is in place to import a single incilius alvarius (bufo alvarius) into the UK. Only to find the website was a scam. If you read my bio you will see I've kept an eye out for the past 26 years in the UK on the off chance of catching one in the classified but always too late. My courier is prearranged to meet at hamm reptile show in sept. Me and the courier will handle all of the documents. I'm am an experienced exotic animal keeper with many species with a focus on low toxicity animals like fwb, dart frogs (zero toxins in captivity but the dietary system in the wild fascinates me) I am a serious and dedicated keeper who holds the animals care and health as the number 1 priority. Although new to incilius I am.not.knew to the husbandry that comes with exotic animals. I have 26 years experience in a verity of species from dart frogs to reticulated pythons. Ideally because I cannot travel to Europe right now I would like to pay for a vet local.to the seller.to do a minor health check for me. I will pay the vet directly and would only ask for you to pop in with the toad for a quick health check. This is more about fitness to travel safely than anything else. The toad will be traveling via air freight so will land the UK same day. I'm very very hopeful someone can help me out. After being so close to purchasing one finally them to realise it was fraud it's left me distraught to say the least.
