Two years ago, I paid €400 for a snake. Despite several arrangements to meet in Hamm, none of them ever happened — each time he had a different excuse. Once, his friend who was supposed to deliver the snake allegedly had an accident. Another time, he claimed he had a personal issue. In the end, he never showed up.

I eventually asked for a refund, but by then, he had already spent the money and delivered nothing. I've been waiting for months now without any resolution. While €400 isn’t a life-changing amount, the whole situation clearly shows a lack of integrity.
