Wanted - Pyxis subspecies for genomics project

Hi,
I am currently working on a genomics project with spider tortoises basically doing current population genetics as well as hopefully coming up with a system to repatronize seized individuals into their correct source population. As a component of this, I am looking to source an individual (from any subspecies as long as there is certainty to whichever subspecies it is ) to do RNA sequencing (I would need to take an extremely fresh blood sample - which we do with minimal harm to the tortoise). I am located in the US, but it seems like especially in the last few years the amount of these available has plummeted so I am hoping to see what is available in Europe and go through the whole CITES permit process.
