Die Elterntiere leben ganzjährig im Gartenteich.

Eine Abgabe der Jungtiere ist nur nach vorheriger Abklärung der Haltungsbedingungen möglich, da ich den kleinen so eine bestmögliche Unterkunft und Haltungsbedingungen sicherstellen möchte.
Nach Möglichkeit Abnahme ab 4 Tiere.

2. Fühlen sie sich scheinbar in Gruppen am wohlsten. Sind und bleiben aber Einzelgänger

Ebenso werden die Tiere beim zuständigen Amt in Hannover gemeldet.

Der Neue Halter erhält alle nötigen Unterlagen wie Eigentumsnachweis und Zuchtnummer um die Tiere dann selber beim zuständigen Amt melden zu können.

Für den Teich sind sie an sich noch zu klein und sollten übergangsweise in kleineren Becken, Wannen oder Tümpeln kontrolliert aufgezogen werden. Auch oder gerade diese Aufzucht ist sehr interessant.
Ab ca. 3 - 4 Jahre können sie dann in den geeigneten Gartenteich übergeben werden und dort dann Ganzjährig gehalten werden. Dies ist zumindest eine Empfehlung. Bei mir sind ein paar so geschlüpft, da ich immer mal ein Nest nicht finde. Diese leben von Anfang an im großen Teich ohne Probleme. Sind aber sehr scheu.

Ich habe wieder Nachzuchten abzugeben.

Greek tortoises are looking for a new garden
Only one left!
We are looking for a new home for our two male Greek tortoises (Testudo hermanni hermanni). Unfortunately, we now have too many men in our group who are harassing one of our oldest ladies, so we unfortunately have to look for a new home for both of these gentlemen. Please note that these are animals that live outside with us all year round in our enclosed garden and greenhouse. So they are not terrarium animals! They hibernate in our greenhouse.

Both animals are from 2014 and have a CITES document and are chipped.

So if you have a beautiful garden with possibly a greenhouse where one of these two gentlemen can live, please contact us.
